Clarify a comment

Fix a typo: "with special variable" -> "with special variables"

Remove an extranous space in the Spanish LOCALIZED_FILE_CHDIRSUCCEEDED (it looked weird).
This make more sense than including the extra space in the documentation's sample output.

Translate the documentation for the directory procedures to Spanish.
This translation was based on Rosario Ruiz's translation of the MSWLogo manual.

Remove the trailing newline from locale.xml.
This is needed to correctly display the example in command-logoversion.xml
