Remove the spurious Greek translation for EDIT
The same word (ΕΠΕΞΕΡΓΑΣΙΑ) was used as a translation for PARSE and since the same name cannot be given to two procedures, FMSLogo used it for PARSE. This should have no functional impact, since I only removed the translation that were ignored by FMSLogo. This change improves the code base by making the code reflect the actual behavior. It also removes the spurious entries from the translation tables in the manual.

Fix Bug #518; The Russian version now uses a code editor that accepts Cyrillic
This addresses a regression in the upgrade from wxWidgtes 2.18 to 3.1 which broke ANSI wxStyledTextCtrl for some code pages. This change has reduced functionality from FMSLogo 6.35 (no more paren matching, auto code completion, or syntax highlighting), but it's better than 7.2.0, which was completely unusable as no cyrillic text could be typed into it.

Add a simple manual regression test to make sure that Cyrillic can be drawn to the screen.

Remove command translations into Russian which duplicated a translation of different command and so was ignored.

Remove trailing whitespace

Fix the commented-out COPYDEF for ?REST.
This is more correct, but has no discernable impact as these copydefs are only used to build the translation tables for the manual and the translation tables exclude any procedure which is undocumented.

Translate the documentation for the control structure procedures into Spanish.
This was based on Rosario Ruiz's translation of the MSWLogo manual.

Remove RESTO as a translation for MODULO in the Spanish FMSLogo.
Because RESTO was also used as the translation for REMAINDER and because REMAINDER appears after MODULO in init.cpp, RESTO has never been the translation for MODULO (it can't mean both REMAINDER and MODULO, after all). Correcting this has no impact of how the Spanish FMSLogo behaves, but it clarifies the code and fixes the translation tables which appear in the manual.

Rebuild the Spanish translation tables to include two changes
* BOVARS is not the translation of ERNS
* ALTO is not the translation of HALT

Both of these were bugs in the localization process that went unnoticed until I started translating the Spanish manual. The Spanish FMSLogo has never treated BOVARS as ERNS nor ALTO as HALT, so they shouldn't be documented as such.

Remove the translation of "HALT" to "ALTO".
Because STOP is also translated as ALTO and appears later in init.cpp, it replaced the translation of HALT to ALTO (you can't have ALTO mean two things, after all).

This removes confusion in the code and also in the manual's translation tables which falsely claimed that ALTO means both STOP and HALT.
