This addresses a regression in the upgrade from wxWidgtes 2.18 to 3.1 which broke ANSI wxStyledTextCtrl for some code pages. This change has reduced functionality from FMSLogo 6.35 (no more paren matching, auto code completion, or syntax highlighting), but it's better than 7.2.0, which was completely unusable as no cyrillic text could be typed into it.
