Translate the Turtle Motion Queries procedures to Spanish.
This translation was based on Rosario Ruiz's translation of the MSWLogo manual.

Change «éstas» to «estas» when used as a demonstrative adjective.
Using an accent mark is only permissible for demonstrative pronouns.

Remove the use of the Oxford comma from the Spanish manual.
According to the RAE, academic Spanish does not have this usage of a comma.

Translate "less/greater than or equal to" as "major/menor o igual que".
This is how Wikipedia and a Spanish C++ manual refers to these operators.
