Translate the documentation for RANDOM and RERANDOM into Spanish.
The translation is based upon Rosario Ruiz's translation of the MSWLogo manual.

Translate the documentation for the arithmetic predicates to Spanish.
This was based on Rosario Ruiz's translation of MSWLogo.

Translate the Numeric Operations section to Spanish.
The translation was based open Rosario Ruiz's translation of the MSWLogo manual.

Add a warning for when two semantically different English procedures are translated to the same word.
The first translation is ignored by FMSLogo, but still appears in the manual.
For each of these warnings, the code should be updated to not have the conflict (whatever translation is ignored should be left as untranslated).

Comment intern_primitive to make it clear that the second call with the same name wins.

Try to clarify the logic which prints out shadowed English procedures.

Retranslate command-line as "línea de comandos", which matches Wikipedia.
This new translation matches the text in the message box when the command line is corrupt.
The other translation "línea de órdenes" is also in use, but its not the most common term.

Swap the Spanish translations for HT and HIDETURTLE so that HT is the abbrivation.
This has no impact on functionality, but it fixes the way the translation tables are built in the Spanish version's manual.

Translate the headings for the Arithmetic chapter to Spanish.
This was based on the Rosario Ruiz's translation of the MSWLogo manual.
