Fix the part about CASEIGNOREDP so that it explains how to
use it to change the behavior of EQUALP (the documentation only
explained what it meant if it were "TRUE, which is also the
default behavior and applies equally to any variable).

Split the documentation for equality into separate paragraphs,
one for each primitive type. This makes it more readable.

Also clarify that lists are only equal of the like members are
in the same order.

Reorder the paragraphs in the documentation for SUBSTRINGP so that
the common case (use on words) is listed first. Documentating that
it outputs false for arrays and lists is more for completeness than
usefulness.

Fix a recently added example to the documentation for CONTIENE?

Add examples to MEMBERP's documentation that demonstrate the (perhaps
counter-intuitive) behavior that MEMBERP does not act like SUBSTRINGP.

Update the "true" example of .EQ to emphasize that different
variables can be true if they refer to the same object.

Update the "equal" array example to emphasize that arrays
can be equal through different variables.

Update the documentation for CASEIGNOREDP to be more informative.
The documentation previously stated that if you set it to TRUE, EQUALP
would ignore case, which is true, but since that's also the default
behavior, it didn't demonstrate what's special about CASEIGNOREDP.
