Fix grammar error: "they user" -> "the user"

Fix some grammatical errors in the description of windows and dialogs.

Translate the ARRAY description to Spanish.
This was largely based on the translation of MSWLogo's manual by Rosario Ruiz.

Change the translation of "item" from "miembro" to "elemento".
This matches the translation of the ITEM procedure.

Translate a few data structure constructors into Spanish.
The translation was based on Rosario Ruiz's translation of the MSWLogo manual.

Standardize on "Sentence case" for titles, a pattern which
is enforced by DocBook's autogenerated chapter titles.

Also translate an index term to Spanish.

Add some extra instructions to build the CHM for the Spanish version on Windows.
(Up until now, I have been writing the manual on GNU/Linux and had never built the CHM).

Use singular "Ejemplo" for consistency with the English manual.

Add a missing period.

Translate the documentation for WORD into Spanish.
