Translate the "Language Mechanics" chapter into Spanish.
Much of the content was taken from Rosario Ruiz's translation
of the MSWLogo manual.

Fix a grammar error ("buscar X", not "buscar para X")

Remove an extraneous "para" to fix a grammatical error

Translate the "Main Menu" section of the manual to Spanish.
This is primarily based on the translation for MSWLogo by Rosario Ruiz.

While documenting some of the UI items and commands, it made sense to
fix the existing translations in the executable than to document them
as-is. In particular "colorf" was translated as "colorFondo" for
symmetry with "ponColorFondo" and "pintaColor" was changed to "colorRelleno"
for symmetry with the commands "ponColorRelleno" and "rellena".

Add missing "..." after the File - Exit menu

Standardize on using initial-caps words for keyboard keys in the manual.
This matches the labels that are painted on the keys, matches the GUI,
and conforms to Microsoft's documentation conventions.

Correct the description of "File - Save and Exit"
(it doesn't prompt to save, it always saves).

Simplify the rules for building the Spanish manual by using
the same logoversion.xml as the other manuals, using the translation
tables in-place, and copying the locale.xml, which is fixed for a
given locale.

Add a note that the Spanish translation is primarily done by Rosario Ruiz.
This is the same credit given on the MSWLogo manual translation upon which
I'm basing the FMSLogo translation.

Translate the Commander section into Spanish, basing it
primarily on Rosario Ruiz's translation of the MSWLogo manual.
