Translate the Commander section into Spanish, basing it
primarily on Rosario Ruiz's translation of the MSWLogo manual.

Translate the "Editor" section of the manual, based primarily on
Rosario Ruiz's translation of the MSWLogo manual.

This required translating "Test!" and adding a missing accent
mark to the Spanish editor's menus.

Fix a problem with the UNICODE compatibility logic that used
wxString::wchar_str() to store each argument in argv before processing
them. wchar_str() returns a temporary object which was destructed
and (depending on the whim of the heap) being overwritten before
the command line was procesed, causing inconsistent command-line
processing in my debug build and (possibly) could have caused crashes.

Now the value of each argument is copied into a newly allocated buffer.

Finish translating the command line options chapter.
Some parts were integrated from Rosario Ruiz's translation.

Fix an inaccuracy: primivites are compiled-in procedures not in logolib.

Fix a typo: "you exits" -> "you exit"

Clarification: add markup and text to clarify that "proc" is a file name.

Translate the "Command-line Options" section to Spanish.

Add a missing step for configuring FMSLogo to start in expert mode
(you have to select Properties from the popup menu).

Translate the "Where to Start" (mostly copied from Rosario Ruiz's translation)
