Translate the "Where to Start" (mostly copied from Rosario Ruiz's translation)

Add style guidelines for the Spanish version, mostly to document
the use of the "tu" form.

Translate one more paragraph of the introduction.

Add a rough style guideline to help ensure that future updates
to the manual fit into a coheasive whole.

Translate four more paragraphs of the introduction and correct some spelling errors

Translate a little more of the introduction into Spanish

Fork the english manual into an experimental Spanish one.
This is currently a proof-of-concept to test out how one would go about translation the manual.

Fix a typo: idea -> ideas

Fix typo in description of PING.

Standardize on "side effect" (without hypens), following term in Wikipedia.
