Add missing serial commas.

Add regression tests for ARRAYTOLIST.
This was done to prepare for fixing Bug #505, but it also found a few more bugs.

Additionally log the instruction when an error is not as expected.
This is redundant when looking at the entire test log, but it provides
useful context when running the tests interactively and all you see
are the failures.

Explain how ARRAYTOLIST can make data in an array available to MAP.
I expect that this pattern is the main reason that the procedure exists.

Enable rough implementations of the widget API on GNU/Linux.
The implementations are rough and some will need a lot of work,
but they are functional.

Correct the part that says I am the only one to have every compiled FMSLogo.
I know of at least two other people (listed on the discussion forum) and I
suspect there are a few more, based on other posts I've seen.

Also change "intend to" to "hope to" for porting FMSLogo to Linux, since
that's more honest.

Replace some spaces with tabs.

Tag version 7.2.0

Update baseline test results with the actual results from the 7.2.0 test pass.

Fix a build break when compiling without USE_PRECOMPILED_HEADER defined.

Increment version to 7.2.0 for a formal release.
