Fix bug #301; 3DBITMAP.LGO now uses a bitmap in the local directory.
Previously, it assumed that c:\windows\forest.bmp existed, but that does
not exist in Windows XP or later.

Add "See Also" for PRINTWIDTHLIMIT and PRINTDEPTHLIMIT to the main printing commands

Fix typo: "In addition the turtles" -> "In addition to the turtles"
(and other minor grammar fixes in the same sentence)

Standardize on "double-click" (not "doubleclick" or "double click")

Replace "program icon" with "desktop shortcut" and other minor improvements.
The term "program icon" was replaced with "desktop shortcut" in Windows 95.

Minor wording improvements to the paragaphs about saving the workspace editor.
Notably, replaced "enivronment" with "workspace" to standardize on the term in the glossary.

Fix typo: "because the exceeded" -> "because they exceed"

Document that WINHELP is deprecated.

Fix a misspelling of "specifying"

Fix typo: "if" -> "of"
