Update the baseline test log with recent updates made in 7.2.0.

Fix a problem where if a test logs a string with a NUL character, the resulting
test log contains the NUL and looks like a binary file to WinMerge.exe, which will
refuse to diff it against the baseline test log. The fix is to log NUL characters
as "\0".

Update the final test in SETLABELFONTTEST to follow current conventions

Harden FILLTEST against the pen being up when the test starts.
This now happens during the full test pass because the previous test, CURVESTEST, leaves the pen up due to a bug in the interaction between ELLIPSEARC2 and FENCE.
