Provide some additional guidance for the color names ot future translators.
Specifically, they should:
* Not have spaces
* Use PascalCase
* Never be changed after they are translated

Update the translation tables to include the color mapping, if available.

Fix a regression where one of the columns in the "Command" table was mislabled "Color".

Update the script which makes the translation tables to include the color
names (otherwise they're not discoverable). This was done at the request
of Francesco Simone Carta for the Italian translation.

Fix a case problem in the color name "DarkOrange".

This would have caused problems when setting a color as "Darkorange
and :ignorecase was defined to "TRUE (that is, it probably didn't make
a difference). In that sense, this is a breaking change, but the likelihood
of a program depending on "DarkOrange" being called "Darkorange" is so low
that it's worth fixing.

Add translations for ELLIPSE and friends based on contribution from Francesco Simone Carta.

Fix bug #493; The Italian translation of SLOWDRAW now affects translation movement commands

Updated Italian translations with additional suggestions from Francesco Simone Carta.

Add little images that show each color on the "Using Color" page.
This cannot be done with DocBook markup, since that would concern styling
and these colors are logically part of the document content, not how it is rendered.
