Fix bug #493; The Italian translation of SLOWDRAW now affects translation movement commands

Updated Italian translations with additional suggestions from Francesco Simone Carta.

Add little images that show each color on the "Using Color" page.
This cannot be done with DocBook markup, since that would concern styling
and these colors are logically part of the document content, not how it is rendered.

Formally thank Francesco Simone Carta for updating the Italian translation
and reporting bugs related to FMSLogo's handling of translated versions.

Add a note that renaming SLOWDRAW won't slow down the English commands.
This was observed by Francesco Simone Carta.
