Add a tip about using "full" view instead of "category" view when selecting known packages to install. I found that this made it easier to find a package by name.

Use i686-w64-mingw32-strip.exe, instead of just strip.exe, since the HOWTO-BUILD.TXT instructions don't say to install a package that puts strip.exe in the PATH.

Update the build instructions based on the experience of pachleng:
* Replace references to "gmake" with "make"
* Suggest building wxWidgets on an SSD

Add updates to the Simplified Chinese translation (contributed by Test Down)

Elaborate the instructions for building wxWidgets based on feedback from Test Down.

Integrate the Simplified Chinese translation into the build.

Rebuild the Simplified Chinese translation header file to include the NOT_YET_TRANSLATED marker.

Fix Bug #488; Basic movement commands (FD, RT, etc) no longer leak memory when given numbers that were originally parsed as text. The fix is to add a missing gcref() call to free the converted value NODE*.

Document that PIXEL can output a color-by-index under certain conditions.
Fix an inaccuracy in the PIXEL example.
Other minor cosmetic changes.

Add a missing semi-colon.
