Change the old SourceForge 6-digit ticket numbers to the new ones
that are 1-3 digits. After a SourceForge site upgrade, the ticket
numbers were re-created to be per-project and the old numbers are
no longer visible. As a result, the old numbers are completely
useless as a ticket reference.
