FMSLogo Code

Remove the LOCALIZED_STRINGTABLE_* strings which were referenced by the OWL version of FMSLogo, but not by the wxWidgets version. Since the OWL version no longer exists, these strings provide no benefit, but make it harder to localize FMSLogo.

Fix a misspelling in user-facing text (reemplazar has two e's)

Fix a build break when compiling with wxWidgets prior to 3.0.2.
The break was introduced in the fix for bug #473, which added
references to wxWidgets key codes that are new in 3.1.0.

Fix bug #473; which is a regression in KEYBOARDVALUE from the OWL version where a handful of characters on a US keyboard (;/`[]\=) has inconsistent with MSWLogo.

The root cause is that I tried to write some platform-independent handlers that would return the correct values using only wxWidget API. Having looked into this in more detail, I don't think this is possible, as I would at least need some platform-specific logic to determine the keyboard layout. I have therefore decided that, if platform-specific logic is required, the Windows version might as well use the raw platform codes from the event, which should exactly match the codes used by OWL. I have retained the platform-independent logic for non-Windows platforms.

Document the keycode for "Alt" which could not be captured with OWL, but is captured in wxWidgets.
