Update README.TXT to note that version 7.0.0 will no longer support Win 95/98/ME,
nor any of the CPUs that predate Windows XP. Once I dropped the Borland version,
I lost the ability to test on my Windows 95 machine, as it has CPU which cygwin's
libc does not support. At this point, FMSlogo might still run on Windows 98, but
future revisions will make this less likely and it's not something I intend to
support going forward.

Remove the Borland OWL version from the build.
Now that the wxWidgets is the mainline version and is stable, the Borland OWL code only slows down development.

Increment the version to FMSLogo 7.0.0 beta to indicate plans for breaking changes

Remove the EMPTY.TXT files, which were only used so that "cvs -APd up" would work as expected.
Now that FMSLogo uses subversion, they aren't needed.

Remove the legacy CVSROOT directory

Update with the accepted results of the 6.35.0 test pass.

Fix a test bug where the variable "size" was created as a local variable

Update with partial results from the 6.35.0 test pass.

Add benchmarks from 6.34.0 and 6.35.0
