Update the tests which push Halt on the commander window to work on the wxWidgets FMSLogo. Also remove some reundant spaces in error messages from the UIAUTOMATION library.

Rework the description of LABEL, mostly to document that legacy typefaces don't support being rendered at an arbitrary angle.

Update the version of DocBook that is used.

Add clearer explanation to LABELSIZE based on the investigation for the fix of Bug #469--specifically the interaction between LABELSIZE and the turtle's orientation.

Implement feature #89; Make -F (with no -W or -H) start FMSLogo maximized and make the drawable surface as large as possible to match the screen window.

Add regression tests for LABELSIZE, including tests for bug #469.

Fix bug #469; LABELSIZE no longer changes its output depending on when LABEL was last run.
