FMSLogo Code

Link in the OWL-independent part of the language engine into the wxwidget's FMSLogo project. Most of the ground work for this was laid by doing the FMSLogo screensaver. There's still a long way to go, but for the first time, the turtle is responding to movement commands in the wxwidget's port.

Make the label screenshot tests have more consistent output on video cards that only support 256 colors.

Update expected test log for FMSLogo 6.27.0.

Revert changes to UIAUTOMATION.SENDSTRINGTOWINDOW that broke the READWORD UI automation.

Update the version to 6.27.0 for the next release.

Fix bug #3300983; FMSLogo now warns you when you save an empty workspace.

Add comments to explain the code structure (no functional changes)

Localize the message "No procedures are defined" in the dialog box that exports the workspace to a screensaver.
