Add a manual regression test for bug #3418522, which is that the size and color picker dialog boxes no longer crash on Lenovo laptops when they are scrolled using the touchpad.
The test simply sends a WM_VSCROLL message to the "Pen Size" dialog box. This used to result in a stack overflow.
