Add a dialog box to be able to configure which file to use for the screesaver.

Move event queue and curor routines so that the screensaver can use them.

Add a 10 second delay between each run of the progam.

Add in all routines to the FMSLogo Screensaver that have been split out from OWL.

Change the names of CBufferInvariant classes so that the code can be compiled by Microsoft's compiler without merging the two class definitions.

Initial checkin of the FMSLogo screensaver. The screensaver is barely functional in its current state, but at a point where it's worth getting under revision control.

Shuffle around which functions/variables get defined in which .CPP files to make it so that an FMSLogo screen saver can be compiled without any dependency on Borland.

Refactor netwind.cpp so that it doesn't have any direct dependencies on OWL. This is part of a larger refactoring effort to separate the language engine from the windowing toolkit.

Update the hostname of the test machine.

Change dir.h to direct.h so that unix.cpp compiles with both the Borland and Microsoft compilers.
