Update expected results to match some recent changes to the tests.

Refactor the main code to make more of it buildable by the Microsoft SDK compiler.

* Created screenwindow.cpp, which abstracts the windowing framework from the language engine.
* Renamed ibmturt.h to ibmterm.h to match the name of the .cpp file.
* Refactored g_OpenFiles in files.cpp so that it kept track of if the FILE* was opened for binary, rather than using an unportable check.
* Split Borland OWL parts out of mainwind.cpp and into mainframe.cpp.

Add the behavior when READCHAR is reading from a binary file.

Improve READCHARTEST.SMOKETEST so that it tests calling READCHAR on a file that has been opened for text reading and one that has been opened for binary reading.

Add a regression test that you can open and open file, provided that the subsequent filename has a different case than the original.

Centralize the logic for invalidating a rectangle in a way that honors the zoom factor and scroll positions.

Make the core logo code buildable with a Microsoft compiler.

Move some OWL-specific classes from main.cpp to mainwind.cpp.

Make logomath.cpp compile/link with non-Borland compilers.

Refactor header files so that init.cpp can be compiled into the screensaver.
