Fix bug #2843375; ?0 now throws a bad input error, instead of behaving like ?1.

Refactoring: rewrite nonnegative_int_arg() in terms of ranged_integer_arg()

Add a test for "CHAR 65.0" (that floating point values can be converted to equivalent integer values).

Add some regression tests for CHAR, mostly to test nonnegative_int_arg().

Fix bug #2813357; Search and replace now works like other Windows programs (it replaces the current selection, then advances to the next match).

Fix bug #2813359; Checking "Replace All" in the editor's find and replace window now works over the entire contents of the editor, instead of from the caret to the end.

Fix the link target for READRAWLINE.

Implement request #2892210; The FMSLogo installer now supports silent installation when given the "/S" command-line option. The language can be set with "/LCID=####".

Remove email addresses from the About box and add a link to FMSLogo's project page on souceforge.net. Having email addresses in the About box was causing many support requests to get misdirected, which was not good for the people requesting the support, or the recipients of the unactionable email.

Note that the inputs to YESNOBOX don't need to be lists.
