Fix some inaccurate comments

Add a note that this fail was added for FMSLogo.

Remove zooming with Ctrl+mouse wheel for FMSLogo.

Rolling the mouse wheel while holding down the Ctrl key is too easy to do by accident and there's no obvious way to fix the problem. Since FMSLogo already provides a menu option to configure the base font, it's better to just remove this feature. Note that zooming can still be done with Ctrl+- and Ctrl+=, which is not easy to do by accident.

Make Ctrl+0, not Ctrl+\ set the zoom size back to normal, per the guidelines at http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb545461.aspx.

Make Alt+Shift+Backspace execute Undo, following the Windows Guidelines at http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb545461.aspx.

Translate the file description that shows up in the file's version information using Bing translate. This is not important enough to bother the human translators, but if it ever does get displayed on the screen (for example, if FMSLogo crashes), I wanted didn't wanted it to be at least somewhat localized.

Fix the logic for paren highlighting and jumping to the matching paren.

Comment out some keyboard acelerators that I don't think make sense in FMSLogo.

Fix the handling of CTRL+Y in the editor.
