Fix the formatting of a switch statement.

Fix a bug where the caret would disappear in the commander's input box after opening the editor. This was fixed by removing the code from Scintilla that creates/destroys a caret. When Scintilla is the only editor, this behavior makes sense, but when Scintilla is part of a larger program, it causes problems.

Fix a problem were semi-colons in VBARs were treated as the beginning of a comment, instead of being treated literally.

Note that FMSLogo now has infinite undo/redo.

Start work on an FMSLogo colorizer.

Fix typos in comments.

Add bad input tests for SETPIXEL, including a regression test for bug #2813719.

Add more bad input tests for TONE, including a regression test for bug #1576435, which caused TONE to lock up indefinately.

Add more bad input tests for SETPENSIZE, include a regression test for bug #2813671, which used to crash FMSLogo.

Add some more bad input tests to GIFSAVE.
