Refactoring: Merge TEditWindow and TMyFileWindow, since they were never used separately and TEditWindow didn't provide enough coheasion to warrent its own class. The main motivation was to make it easier to change the editor to use Scintilla, but this also cut 2KB off of the compiled executable.

This commit was manufactured by cvs2svn to create tag 'VER-6-24-0'.

Update expected results from the final 6.24.0 test pass.

Fix the logging strategy for workspace.lgo so that it never logs any binary data. Many diffing programs cannot handle comparing binary data and having binary data in the logs prevented diffing against a baseline to look for regressions.

Add two missing abbreviations and fix a typo in clearscreen.

Add a note to update logoversion.lgo when doing a release. If this is not done, the test pass will have one extra failure.

Bump the version to 6.24.0 for the next release.

Move the index terms for the abbreviations to page that describes the things they abbreviate. This saves the user from going to a pointless redirect page when looking up the help for the abbreviation.

Fix a bug that caused the test to halt.
