Add some tests for load/saving workspaces when variables contain binary data.

Rename Turtle::Bitmap to Turtle::BitmapRasterMode to emphasize that this is not a bitmap, but a DWORD that describes how to BLIT the bitmap.

Add a comment for reader().

Refactor: replace "TRUE" with "true", since the value is being used as a bool, not a BOOL.

Fix typo in comment.

Refactoring: Make ecma_get() return a bool, instead of an int that is either 0 or 1.

Refactoring: replace (get|set|clear)parity macros with ecma_(get|set|clear) functions, since the level of indirection that these macros provide is no longer needed.
