Fix a theoretical memory leak in an error path of lreadchars() (in practice, I don't think this code path is reachable).

Fix bug #2563317; READCHARS 2000000000 no longer crashes. The fix is to check the return value of malloc().

Update the manual tests to account for changes made in FMSLogo 6.23.0.

Fix bug #1497079; SETTIMER and CLEARTIMER now throw appropriate errors and no longer display dialog boxes when given bad input.

Fix bug #2559673; READCHARS now outputs the remaining characters in a file when asked to read more than the file contains.

Fix bug #1452861; Disable data execution prevention on a best-effort basis to prevent FMSLogo from crashing on startup.

Add in a translation that was accidently overwritten.

Fix a compiler error.

Note that a Russian translation is new as of 6.23.0.

Check in the latest update to the Russian translation from Igor Baglaev.
