Fix bug #2452240; COPYDEF now updates the TO line of new procedure.

Fix bug #2452726; BITLOAD, BITSAVE, BITLOADSIZE, GIFLOAD, GIFSAVE, and GIFSIZE now throw image-specific errors and no longer display dialog boxes when given bad input.

Note that the helper routines which are called for GUI actions and logo instructions had to be reworked to return error codes so that the caller could decide if they wanted to throw a logo error or display a dialog box.

Tighten up the bad input tests to expect specific errors to be thrown, instead of expecting any error.

Add some bad input tests for BITLOAD and BITSAVE.

Fix an error in the sample code for SCROLLBARCREATE. This error was reported by Daniel Ajoy.
