Add changes to the description of MCI, now that several MCI examples are included in the manual.

Document that :FOO is really (THING "FOO), not THING "FOO, since the colon binds tighter than operators like + and *.

Document that GIFSAVE overwrites the file, if one exists.

Add a test case the GIFSAVE overwites the file, if it exists.

Fix bug #1961616; BITPASTETOINDEX now throws a bad input error when the index is not a positive integer, instead of displaying a confusing dialog box and throwing a stoppping error.

Make it so that CHECKSCREEN doesn't erase the saved file if there is a mismatch. This helps follow-up investigation determine if the saved image is close enough, or if there's a bug in the GIFSAVE save.

Remove a redundant ".gif" extension from the filename for GIF.SMOKETEST

Update LABELCIRCLETEST so that it doesn't leave a dot in the middle of the screen. This dot came about as a result of fixing bug #1602928 (Turtle only draws a dot when it *leaves* a position).

Update the baseline based on new tests that were added.

Add benchmark for 6.20.0.
