Commit [r2665] Maximize Restore History

Implement the rest of feature request #1542399; FMSLogo is no longer limited to 1024 bitmaps.

This resulted in making the binary 1KB smaller, probably because I noticed that a few function parameters were also zero, and eliminated them.
