Do some minor code tightening in reader() to make READWORD a little faster.

Fix bug #1900691; Whitespace after ~ is now preserved when the ~ is not a continuation character.

Integrate all tokenization conformance tests from The Great Logo Atlas 0.57.

Improve RUNPRINTTEST so that it can handle instructions that print multilpe lines. This was necessary to integrate the tokenization tests from The Great Logo Atlas.

Formally thank Pavel for his contribution. He reported a bug and contributed some regression tests for the parser.

Add a place-holder for the Great Logo Atlas conformance test suite.

This commit was manufactured by cvs2svn to create tag 'VER-6-19-0'.

Fix a false-positive failure due to a bug in the test code.

Update the test pass results for 6.19.0.

Update the translation tables for 6.19.0.
