Add pseudoloc tests for PRINTWIDTHLIMIT and PRINTDEPTHLIMIT.
Add ISPSEUDOLOCBUILD to testlib.lgo Fix all of the logging routine in testlib so that they are not constrained by the current value of printwidthlimit or printdepthlimit.
