Partial fix for bug #1867803: Internationalize the special variable CASEIGNOREDP and localize it in Spanish.

Doing this required not defining and burying it on startup.

Note that more than just the German manual has been updated.

Update with the latest version from Stephan Vogel.

According to him, the changes are that, instead of the 8ledtestboard, he integrated an application of a 12ledtestboard.

Remove SUENATONO, which is not necessary as TONO and SUENA are both primitives.

I have done this at Daniel Ajoy's request.

Make a small optimization to RunLogoInstructionFromGui(), which was back-ported from the wxWidgets implementation.

This commit was manufactured by cvs2svn to create tag 'ver-1-9'.

Fix a misspelling of "octagon"

Bump the version to 1.9 for the next release.

Clarify that the new maze is the ocotogon-based maze.

Document the changes that have gone in for 6.19.0.
