FMSLogo Code

Use the STL's definition of max() so that this code will compile with gcc. This was necessary to reuse this source code in-place in the wxWidgets version.

Add logic so that pressing the status button shows/hides the status window, instead of displaying a new instance each time.

Remove the TONE library routine. It is provided as a primitive, so it's not needed as a library routine.

This commit was manufactured by cvs2svn to create tag 'VER-6-18-0'.

Make the "website" and "htmlhelp.fo" targets generate a locale.xml, too.

Without this change, xsltproc cannot operate because the XML is not well-formed.

Update test log with two new regression tests:

Feature request #1825717; LOGOVERSION now outputs the locale FMSLogo was built for.

Bug #1824438; FMSLogo can now parse words with char 255 in them.

Update the translation tables for the 6.18.0 release.

Put the different examples into different <programlisting> tags so that there is a visual indication that they are independent.

Update the translation header files to include the name of the primary translator.

Alexandre wanted to include his name in the Portuguese file and it kept getting overwritten each time I ran mklocale.pl. This showed up as a difference in CVS. Since it seems reasonable to include the name of the primary translator in the resulting file, I have formalized it in mklocal.pl and added it to all translations.

Tell CVS clients to ignore backup files.
