This commit was manufactured by cvs2svn to create tag 'VER-6-16-1'.

Add framework for building the Italian version of FMSLogo.

Put German and Italian back in the installer, now that 6.16.1 has been released.

Remove German and Italian for the 6.16.1 bugfix release. I have not yet received word from Stephan or Stefano that they have tested their version and are comfortable with how it works.

Update with the changes for 6.16.1.

Bump the micro version for a bugfix release. The new version is 6.16.1.

Fix some problems with the binaryzip target that prevented it from being built.

Update the Credits page to include everyone who is thanked in the FMSLogo release notes.

Add the maintainers of the Italian and German versions.

Fix bug #1799027; fix a GDI handle leak in lbitblock that resulted in very strange behavior followed by an access violation when playing tetrads.lgo.

This is important enough to warrent doing a minor release, so I've rolled the version back from 6.17.0 to 6.16.1.
