Fix some problems with the binaryzip target that prevented it from being built.

Update the Credits page to include everyone who is thanked in the FMSLogo release notes.

Add the maintainers of the Italian and German versions.

Fix bug #1799027; fix a GDI handle leak in lbitblock that resulted in very strange behavior followed by an access violation when playing tetrads.lgo.

This is important enough to warrent doing a minor release, so I've rolled the version back from 6.17.0 to 6.16.1.

Make the "binaryzip" target easier to maintain when I add a new language.

Fix a bug where selecting "Italian" installed the Portuguese version.

Add the beginnings of the dialog box for setting the pen thickness. It's not done yet, but I wanted to get the progress so far under revision control.

Instead of setting the FileName to *.lgo when opening and saving logo files, FMSLogo now parses the file filter and uses the file extension part as the filename. This was done so that the German version of FMSLogo could see both .log and .lgo files.
