Make midipiano compatible with German versions of FMSLogo.

Replace "PR" with "PRINT" because "PR" means "TO" in German.

I also changed the formatting a bit to make the code more readable. I also renamed a variable named "rw" to something that didn't look like the abbreviation for READWORD (RW also means something else in German).

Make logoui compatible with Italian versions of FMSLogo.

Make asteriodminer compatible with Italian versions of FMSLogo.

Replace "ST" with "SHOWTURTLE" because "ST" means "PR" in Italian. I also replacd HT with HIDETURTLE for consistency.

Fix a bug where the beginning of a line or the end of a line didn't count as a token delimiter. As a result, several internationalization bugs were missed by this script.

Add exceptions for German and Italian.
