FMSLogo Code

Thank Stephan Vogel, who translated FMSLogo into German.

Add the german localied strings, as translated by Stephan Vogel.

Move MyApp into it's own source file and rename it to CFmsLogo. This was done to follow the general C++ rule of having only one class per .cpp file.

Add CWorkspaceEditor, a class that represents the main editor.

Add the dialog box for setting the "active area" for printing/saving bitmaps.

Add framework for buiding the Italian translation of FMSLogo.

Make some minor tweaks to the layout of the commander window so that the minimum splitter position doesn't have the commander's buttons overlapping.
