Get the icon code working (running without crashing) on WXGTK.

Add an application icon.

Fix up the Makefile for Windows. Now it should work on both my Fedore Core and my Windowx XP box.

Get the project to build on my Fedora Core dev box.

Enclose the MS Windows-specific logic in #ifdef __WXMSW__ blocks to help the code build for other platforms. I'm hoping that a little bit of up-front discipline will make porting the resulting project to GNU/Linux much easier.

Don't #include <windows.h>. This header file is platform-independent.

Fix a bug where the "Step" button's font size didn't match the rest of the buttons' font size.

Add a stylized comment so that XEmacs recognizes this file as C++.

Add the "About Multiple Sclerosis" dialog box.

Set the commander's font button size to be 10 points, just like in FMSLogo.
