Clarify that REMPROP may delete an empty property list.

Erase .bak files with gmake clean. These are generated by my diffing tool (WinMerge).

Explicitly call out that BITMAPTURTLE can only map turtle 0 to bitmap 0, turtle 1 to bitmap 1, turtle 2 to bitmap 2, etc. This caused some confusion and resulted in a lot of frustration for at least one user.

Add a reference to the online chapter from Brian Harvey's book from which this program comes. This was done at Daniel Ajoy's recommendation.

Fix bug #1732803; TRACE now properly traces "rest" inputs.

Fix a test bug: the "trace rest inputs test" wasn't using parentheses, so it wasn't actually giving any rest inputs.

Redirect the trace to a file and verify that the file contains exactly what was expected. Thiis was done as a regression test for bug #1732803, which is that TRACE didn't trace the expected data in some conditions.

Add a "See Also" section to link to the CLOSE command. This comes from experience: I was on the documentation for OPENWRITE and wanted to know how to close the file. I assumed it was CLOSEWRITE, so having a cross-reference would have saved me a bit of confusion.

Fix warnings found by checkmanual.pl.
