Add a reference to the online chapter from Brian Harvey's book from which this program comes. This was done at Daniel Ajoy's recommendation.

Fix bug #1732803; TRACE now properly traces "rest" inputs.

Fix a test bug: the "trace rest inputs test" wasn't using parentheses, so it wasn't actually giving any rest inputs.

Redirect the trace to a file and verify that the file contains exactly what was expected. Thiis was done as a regression test for bug #1732803, which is that TRACE didn't trace the expected data in some conditions.

Add a "See Also" section to link to the CLOSE command. This comes from experience: I was on the documentation for OPENWRITE and wanted to know how to close the file. I assumed it was CLOSEWRITE, so having a cross-reference would have saved me a bit of confusion.

Fix warnings found by checkmanual.pl.

Implement request #1736883; Updated ` (backtick) to latest from UCBLogo.

Add regression tests for `.

Bump the expected version to 6.14.0+.

Throw an error if the input isn't really a list. The error message is given in English, so this introduces an i18n bug.
