Fix bug #1602928; Turtle now draw a dot at both endpoints of a movement, instead of just at one of them. This fixes little dots that used to get left behind when changing the pen color and moving backward to erase the line you just drew. |

Add documentation for PROPLISTP. This was somehow omitted from the documentation, but implemented as a primitive. As a result, it was being translated into other languages and showing up in the Appendix of the manual. |
