Add regression tests for `.

Bump the expected version to 6.14.0+.

Throw an error if the input isn't really a list. The error message is given in English, so this introduces an i18n bug.

Fix bug #1602928; Turtle now draw a dot at both endpoints of a movement, instead of just at one of them. This fixes little dots that used to get left behind when changing the pen color and moving backward to erase the line you just drew.

Add documentation for PROPLISTP. This was somehow omitted from the documentation, but implemented as a primitive. As a result, it was being translated into other languages and showing up in the Appendix of the manual.

Strip out undocumented commands from the translation tables. There's no sense in hyperlinking to something that doesn't exist.

Implement request #1700894; "File - Save to Workspace" no longer appears in the editor's menu in non-expert mode. This precludes the confusion of having two menu options that look the same, but one doesn't ever work.

I don't like having two different UIs, but I like even less having an option that always tells you that it doesn't work.
