FMSLogo Code

Add documentation for PROPLISTP. This was somehow omitted from the documentation, but implemented as a primitive. As a result, it was being translated into other languages and showing up in the Appendix of the manual.

Strip out undocumented commands from the translation tables. There's no sense in hyperlinking to something that doesn't exist.

Implement request #1700894; "File - Save to Workspace" no longer appears in the editor's menu in non-expert mode. This precludes the confusion of having two menu options that look the same, but one doesn't ever work.

I don't like having two different UIs, but I like even less having an option that always tells you that it doesn't work.

Add exceptions, including full exceptions for the translation tables.

Add warnings for any primitive that is not documented.

Add missing "id" attributes that check-manual complained about.

Update Asteriod Miner to Dan's latest version.

Fix an internationaliation bug in the location of error printouts. The location was still using as hard-coded "in", instead of using the localized version ("in", "dans", "en", etc.).

Copy the changes for 6.14.0 from FMSLOGO.TXT.

Report when the test passes. It's a little disconcerting when the test changes the size/location of FMSLogo and never says when it's done.

Clear the screen before running the smoke test so the drawing that's left over from the eariler tests don't interfere with this test.
