Allow SETPENSIZE to take a single number as input, which indicates the width. This follows recent changes in UCBLogo.

Fix minor typos.

Remove the note that says READCHARS is not implemented in FMSLogo and document the behavior as-is.

Add some additional tests:
* There is no trailing whitespace.
* All library procedures are documented.
* That the word "terminal"does not appear in the manual

Add some new exceptions for new additions to the manual.

Bump the version to 6.12.0 for a formal release.

Change the name of the machine to "LAPTOP to match the new name of my laptop.

Set the screen color to white for consistent results when run as part of the full test pass.

Note that FMSLogo is internationalized.

Improve the performance of Asteriod Miner by using the integral input form of SETPENWIDTH. This removes many unnecessary function calls.

Add regression tests for BITMODE, SETBITMODE, TURTLEMODE, SETTURTLEMODE, READCHAR, and READCHARS.
