#113 Commands for Commandline Options and/or Option to set them in the startup list

Command line options are very unmodern, because you have to go either in the command prompt or must create a link (which works only on 32 - or 64-bit). Not very user friendly, not good for children. Therefore, I suggest that they should be used as a command or in the startup list. And just for -w and -h, it would be very useful, if you could change them dynamically.
For example, you must modify also the linking of asteroid miner on 64-bit systems to make it runnable.
