#101 Implement new multimedia formats

Hello,

Unfortunately, there are currently only a few old media formats in FMSLogo.
The listed would be very useful:

Images:
JPEG:One of the most popular image formats
PNG: Also a popular image format, please implement also REAL transparency, this is very very userful for games (Players) etc.

Video:
MP4: One of the most popular video formats

Music:
MP3: One of the most popular music formats
